• 3/21/16: presents for routine follow up. Mood stable.

– Found on bed.

– No suicide note.
– Coroner unaware of recent oxycodone refill.
– After my discussion, search of the apartment
found an empty bottle of oxycodone.

attributable to the program can be difficult.
• Ascertaining cause of death can be difficult
