Thank you to all those who have welcomed the posada into their homes, we hope you have enjoyed having Mary & Joseph for the evening and were able to
record what you did to show the others in the class.
Father Christmas came to school on Monday
to deliver our Christmas tree, which has now
been decorated and looks lovely in the main
corridor. Thank to Atlas Trading for helping
Father Christmas with his delivery.
There are a few tickets left for the Christmas performances, if you have not ordered yours
please do so as soon as possible.
Years 3 and 4 held a drumming assembly on
Tuesday to show the school what they have
been learning in djembe and samba
drumming respectively. Well done to both
year groups for their fantastic performances.
Please can we remind parents/carers about the importance of
having consideration for our children and our neighbours
when dropping off and picking up children from school.
This week the local PCSO has had to come and support our
Park Smart team due to the increasing number of
parents/carers parking illegally or without thought for others.
If it is at all possible, please walk to school and if you really
have to use a car, park safely further away from
school and walk some of the way.
Nursery have had visits from a cheeky ‘Stick Man’ this week. He has taken the flour out of the kitchen and made flour
angels, done some painting, played with the dinosaurs and been taped to the wall.
All children’s pantomime
tickets must be paid for by
next Friday, December
13th.
Dinner Provision Thank you to all those who requested a change in dinner provision for next half term. These have now been
processed.
Absences If your child is absent from school you MUST contact the school office by 9.00am. If we have not had contact
with you this will result in the school having to contact all members of your contact group. If this is not successful, a home visit, then either the police and/or social services will be contacted. We have a duty of care to ensure your
child and the family are safe.
Letters A reminder that as an ECO school we no longer send out hard copies of letters. All letters are emailed out and
can also been accessed on the school website. Please make sure we have up to date email addresses and that you check your emails regularly.

IntraHealth will attend school for a second time for a catch up session for any children that missed their flu vaccination. However, if in the meantime you have had your child vaccinated at the GP please can you inform Gemma Hilton at IntraHealth (0333 3583 397) or school, so
that this avoids a double vaccination.
