Communication
As a school we communicate with parents through: ‘Parentmail’, the school website, the weekly newsletter, the front screen and our new ‘Guillemont App’ for your smartphone! Autumn Parents Consultations Week commencing 15.10.18 What to do if I have concerns… See the class teacher at the end of the day or make an appointment at the office.
E-Safety @ Guillemont Are these logos familiar to you?
E-Safety is an important subject to us. We think it is just as important for you, as parents, to have ongoing discussions with your children about what they are accessing online, as well as offline.
The school website provides links to inform and support you in keeping your child safe.
This link can be found on the school website. It allows you to report anything online that is unsafe or has made your child scared or worried.
A quick and easy guide to sites, apps and games.

Helpers’ Coffee Morning
Wednesday 19th September 2018 at 9.00am
We would like to invite parents, carers, grandparents, uncles or aunties to a
‘Helping in School Coffee Morning.’
Volunteers are needed in school, to help out for a few hours a week to support
with individual reading and other activities such as sewing and cooking.
Staff will be there to talk about the different ways that you can help and to
answer your questions. If you already help at school you are most welcome to
come along, as it will be a chance to meet other parents and enjoy a cup of
tea/coffee and a pastry.
We are particularly keen to get grandparents involved
