reporting to the School of Graduate Studies.
Oversight of one full time administrative assistant and 3 graduate assistants. Supervise administration of research centre and its activities, including four adjunct
faculty, multiple visiting scholars and 3 postdoctoral fellows. Organized bimonthly seminar series and workshops; visiting scholars and adjunct
appointments; communications and publicity around faculty research projects; preparation of
annual report, newsletter, and centre materials. Raised more than $750,000 in research funding for centre initiatives.

My responsibilities in this organization include: Leadership of a steering committee
comprised of representatives from 8 member organizations; oversight of staff (one full time,
plus many volunteers and consultants) and a budget of $120,000; strategic planning of
education, outreach and advocacy initiatives; development of strategic initiatives with
parliamentarians, key policy makers.
