CAMP TERMS, RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All participants will be assigned a triple sharing room which will be randomly picked by the organizers. Room
mates request may be made at the bottom of this page. All request will be reviewed and will be solely be decided by the management in the best interest and comfort for all camp participants.
2. Participants with any medical conditions are to declare in formal writing to the organizers at the time ofapplication. Should a medical condition arise after the submission of application form, kindly inform the organizerimmediately in writing. The organizers will try to accommodate to the very best within the ability of the organizers.
3. All participants must obey the rules and regulations of the camp at all times. The organizers will not be held
responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that might occur should any participants disobey the rules andregulations of the camp.
4. Participants are NOT ALLOWED out of the camp / resort area at all times including swimming in open watersthroughout the entire camp period unless a formal outing is organized by the organizers in which each guardianwill be notified.
5. Participants are advised not to bring any food items that might be considered offensive by others of a different faith
and religion or allergy. For further information kindly contact the organizers.6. Participants must comply with the itinerary list which is given to ensure full benefit and comfort during the camp.7. There should not be any dispute between any participants in terms of verbal insults or physical abuse.8. Parents or guardians who wish to visit their children should inform the organizers before visit. The organizers
reserves the right to approve or decline the request based on the best interest of the security and best interest of thecamp participants.
9. Participants are encouraged to leave all valuable items such as jewelry or expensive gadgets at home. Theorganizers will not be held responsible for any items missing during the camp.
10. Any extra room service or additional orders made during the camp which is out of the meal plan provided in the
itinerary will be costed directly to the participant.11. Male and Female participants are not allowed to share a same room or to hang out in each others room at all times.
12. Any participant disobeying any of the terms, rules and regulations will be sent back. The management decision isfinal.
13. All parents and guardian should make sure that all information given in the application form is correct andreachable in any event of emergency.
14. Parents and guardian should brief all participants under their care about the terms, rules & regulations of the campincluding personal safety measures. The organizers will not be held responsible should any of the above terms,
rules and regulations be broken.
