WHAT IS YOUR TEACHING PHILOSOPHY?
I wanna be a missing piece

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
• According to the experience that I have as an instructor, many times I am as protective of my students, where I feel like a mother who agrees but demands, instilling not only academic work but also the integrity of the person. I am aware that no People are the same and we have different trends and tastes, but all deserve the same things. I see me like a puzzle, I wanna be a missing piece
• Actually rights in our society always depend on many things depend on our origins, our friends, our family, our resources and mainly depends on how much we are in society. Therefore, it is very easy for many to go, bring knowledge to their students, but understand that everyone has different expectations and it is up to us to meet those needs they carry

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
►On the other hand, I think those prior knowledge or those experiences that students have to take them as a basis to start inquiring by this result we want them to finally to have all necessary. According to this teacher training that we are developing the first thing to plan we are what we want to achieve results in order to define the most appropriate way for it. This being so, that is what I will do, but always taking into account the profile of my group of students.

MY ROLE AS A TEACHER
I consider my role as an instructor is to have in my hands an opportunity to help my students to find a guide and give them the tools to find a successful and fulfilling life.As a teacher it is important to lead by example, we rounded students, but the best way is we are integral beings. Beings with many capacities and academic knowledge, but more importantly, with principles and values that are reflected in the classroom for learners actually learn by example and not just theory, That at the time of their practice labor companies find people not only skills but attitudes
![Page 8: My Teaching Practice Plan Sandra Baron](https://reader033.vdocument.in/reader033/viewer/2022052414/563db9cc550346aa9aa00cba/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
MY ROLE AS A TEACHER
I also know that all students are not equal, each one comes with personal needs as they come from different backgrounds, strata, ages, tastes and different family roles. So my role also is to know to find those expected results, appropriate not only for the Sena, to the company but also meet the expectations that lead these young people, I believe in the constructivist methods student-centered, which is to be given to students responsibility for their own learning, collaborative learning with feedback.
![Page 9: My Teaching Practice Plan Sandra Baron](https://reader033.vdocument.in/reader033/viewer/2022052414/563db9cc550346aa9aa00cba/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)
MY ROLE AS A TEACHERCarry apprentices studying issues for everyday life,
creating in interest to live what they learn and make
faster and more lasting learning through practice
and directly in the workplace.
For me it is also important to evaluate not only the
student but to assess the way in which he learned
and how he learned it applies.

MY KIND OF STUDENTS
I took as a reference to a group of Administrative Management that has 16 students who their ages range between 18 and 30 years, with an average of 26. After applying VARK test, it is concluded that the group has a tendency to:
We can see that there are 5 students with aural style with learning as many read / write; 4 Visual and only 2 students Have kinaesthetic learning.
So based on the above I must conduct my planning; from the documents provided, which are very productive and very educational, I will start by defining what they want out learning, knowing and doing.
But in the other hand there are others kind o students, by their age, their social class, an many things that we can found, for example their situation in their families. Many people are victims of violence, students that have been in the war. In Sena is not easy because people that one day were enemy could be find in the class room.

HOW GUIDANCE & COUNSELLING IS ORGANISED?
![Page 23: My Teaching Practice Plan Sandra Baron](https://reader033.vdocument.in/reader033/viewer/2022052414/563db9cc550346aa9aa00cba/html5/thumbnails/23.jpg)
GUIDANCE & COUNSELLINGThe counseling part is worked by teachers informally, perhaps next to a cafe or at the break or rest. This task will not have each of us directly. There is a person in Training Centers dedicated to the part of psychological support if needed or a priest for a student that search a spiritual advice. But for me it is easy to talk with my students an they look for me if they think that I will be able for helping in any moment.

ASSESSMENT
I have to do the assessment of my students. I go to the enterprises where they are practicing de training, that they have studied.Sena has a format prestablished that we have to fill.We talk with the boss or the person who is the manager of the students and they tell us what is happening with the apprentice for talk to him or her in order to improve his or her development. And de training of Sena. It is like a feed back.
