HUMAN BEING Aa Gym (2005) Nature of man as authentic behaviour,
habits and talent from birth.
Nature of human being:
a. A gift from God to human in aspect of physical and mentalb. Decided by God before a man is born, includes a manspotential in the cognitive, physical and affective aspect.
Human are born with good deeds.
Rogers (1951) Human have potential to be positive andgood and always initiate towards self perfection.
The authentic characters of human life is their curiosity tothe surrounding and their ability to change.

Man are Gods creation.
All religion believes that man is born with goodcharacteristics.
Human brain is the gift from God and it differsfrom other creatures on earth.
Rayib Al Isfahami (Pikiran Rakyat, 2005) nature of man refers to the strength of human to
reveal the truth of the religion and God as theircreator.
Al Ghazali (1971) two elements of human isthe body and soul.

BELIEF OF GOD (ISLAMIC
VIEW)
Belief in God is a nature of man on earth. Its
stated in al-Quran (Surah al-Imran :19):
The only religion permits by Allah
S.W.T is Islam
Man will be grateful and appreciate the talentand potential that they have by knowing the
Creator (Allah).

Human is created by God (Allah S.W.T) to
perform the rituals for him, practice the gooddeeds and also avoid the prohibited ones.

religion can help man to control his emotion and

A belief in religion become vital if a person aims
to achieve success in life.
It is a humans instinct to believe in God and

Man ought to realize that he has many choices
in life but he must be responsible of the choiceshe made.

Ibn Abbas (Manusia dan Islam,1990):
As the saying by the ProphetAnd the
material for mukmin is the brain..and
pillars of religion is the brain. And the
aim of God is the brain. And the one
responsible to whom the human to pray
is the brain.
The hadith shows the importance of the brain to
human being and therefore to the religion.

The perfection in life in this world will contribute
to a contented life after eternity. The basic teaching that must be practiced by
man according to Islam:
i. He must have faith, belief in God (Allah S.W.T)
ii. He must pray to God.iii. He must perform good deeds.
iv. He needs a society based on their faith inreligion.
Man is equipped with the brain that has thefreedom to choose and differentiate betweenthe right and wrong.

God created human beings in the divine image,
enabling humans to have some understanding of
God and of Gods vast and complex design. The purpose of life is to love and serve God in
order to help bring about Gods glorious plan for
creation
For Christians, GRACE is Gods freely-given favor
and love

Protestantism teach that salvation is not earned by
goods deeds but receive only as a free gift of Gods
grace through faith in Jesus as redeemer from our
sin
Followers perform the act of worshiping God as the
core in their life as the core in their life to glorify and

Adam and Eve immediately lost Gods abiding
grace and friendship when they ate the fruitfrom the tree of knowledge. Christians call this

Christianity teaches that everyone is equally
prone to sin and so it focuses not only on human

Potential is:
i. In connection with the normal development of a
human being.
ii. About all aspects of life such as intellectual,
spiritual, emotion and physical.

life and eternity.

Can be seen through the strength of their

-Spiritual development Refers to believe in God, values and norms of
