Barbara Cartwright, President
Prayers of St. Teresa of Avila
Christ has
Nobody now on earth but yours;
No hands but yours;
No feet but yours;
Your eyes are the eyes
Through which is to look out
Christ’s compassion to the world;
Yours are the feet
With which he is to go about
Doing good;
Yours are the hands
With which he is to bless us now.
Amen.
The PURPOSE
The organized unit of the United Methodist Women shall be a
community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and
to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus
Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship and to
expand the concepts of mission through
participation in the global ministries of the church.
