HIGH INTENSITY CLASSES:: These classes are designed to take your fitness to the next level through a variety of different methods.
ROOFTOPWARRIOR
This intense session incorporates MMA Fitness and Cross-Fit training held outdoors on the rooftop of the norths car park. You’ll be pushed to your extreme to reach your desired goals. $10 for members, $20 for non-members.
POWERWARRIOR
The combination of speed & strength is POWER. Enhance your athletic performance with strength and plyometric training. Apply these essential components of fitness and become a POWER WARRIOR!
MMA WARRIOR
This session will help you make amazing fitness gains whilst keeping it interesting and new. It is a class for anyone and everyone, so come and give it a go.
MMA WARRIOR Technique
If you want to take your MMA training to the next level follow up MMA WARRIOR with this awesome technique training class. Are you WARRIOR enough?
CYCLE is a freestyle class that requires NO coordination. It burns maximum calories while you tone and shape your body with the ride of your life.
BOXING Combines impact and cardiovascular training. Feel the adrenaline as you push your body to the limits. Cotten inners required.
Group RIDE
Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories & strengthening your lower body. Ride On!

STRENGTH CLASSES: Whether you’re a regular weight trainer or a newby, these classes will help you to increase your strength in a safe way.

This barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with great music and awesome instructors.
ACTIVE CLASSES: These are all round classes incorporating all elements of fitness including cardio training, resistance training, balance and flexibility.

BLAST CLASSES: Having trouble finding some time? These 30min low-impact classes give you a great workout allowing you to fit exercise into everyday life.

WARRIORYOGA
A vinyasa (flow) ashtanga practice that will build strength of mind and body. The synchronization of breath to flowing movements increases stamina, strength and flexibility whilst minimising injury and stress!
Group CENTERGY
Grow longer and stronger as your explore this journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Reduce stress with positive, uplifting music and supportive instructors.
POSTURE PERFECT
Are you sitting at a computer everyday? Constant headaches, stiff neck, tight shoulders? Then this stretch class is for you!
STRENGTH & STRETCH
These classes prove beneficial in reducing stress, improving posture & strengthening the muscles. You’ll also improve flexibility, enhancing the range of motion of all body parts whilst increasing core strength.
PILATES uses a unique method of body control and conditioning. It stretches and strengthens the muscles and improves balance and flexibility.
FITBALL PILATES is a more advanced Pilates class utilising the fitball to increase core strength and stability.
HATHA YOGA
is a slow-paced class with simple stretches, breathing exercises and a meditation to finish. You will learn basic poses & relaxation techniques.
MEDITATIVE YOGA
is similiar to hatha yoga with more focus on meditation. Meditation canhelp reduce stress & can help with things like high blood pressure, anxiety & much more...
YIN YOGA has the same goals & objectives as hatha yoga, but it is a little deeper It targets connective tissues such as ligamnets, bones & joints that we sometimes miss.
TAI CHI is an ancient form of martial arts that you can physically and mentally benefit from. It delivers a sense of calm and strength.
DANCE CLASSES: Move and Groove with a variety of dance styles and classes to choose from.
MODERN DANCE develops your jazz skills while learning a number of dance combinations. Jazz shoes required.
BROADWAY JAZZ is chicago meeting cabaret. It is an experience you’ll love while meeting new friends!
TAP is suitable for all levels. There is a class for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Tap shoes are required.
CONTEMPORARY DANCE is for adults with some experience. It improves your skills and technique. Jazz shoes required.
BALLET is for adults with some experience. It will improve your skills and technique. Ballet or Jazz shoes required.
BELLYDANCE is a class for the more advanced bellydancer with stepping, style and choreography.
SPECIALTY CLASSES: Low-impact specialty classes designed for beginners and those with rehabilitative and health conditions. Also try the Active, Mind & Body or Blast classes.
PULSES is a class designed for people with heart conditions. It uses gentle and light paced activity that can increase your fitness & mobility.
AQUA is a cardiovascuar workout in a non-impact environment. It’s great for joint problems, impact related problems and pregnancy. Swimming costume required.
