SPECIAL NOTICE OF ELECTION
We will have the election and installation of 1 Year Trustee at
our November 19th stated meeting.
Princess Happy November and Happy Thanksgiv-ing!
I see our weather if finally decreasing to the 80 de-gree levels .... yeah!
November 19th is the Ceremonial. Please plan on attending, we need to show the new members how supportive we can be.
We just arrived back from Western and had a terri-fic time. There are stories and photos out there. You will just have to find them. I laughed so hard Satur-day evening at the Director Staff hospitality suite that my ribs hurt the next day, not to mention my thighs were bruised. That story will be kept in Portland! Even my teeth and jaws were in pain! I do hope that next year Ladies will travel to have the same fun and make memories. We missed all of you that could not attend.
See you at the Ceremonial and much Love to eve-ryone. Stay healthy, positive and supportive,
Angel Caresses and Butterfly Love, Lynn Hatch

Associate Princess WOW, your generous gifts this last meet-ing were wonderful. I’ve sent three large boxes filled with lap blankets, and I counted 95 crocheted hats for children of
all sizes. I’ve had calls from the hospitals thanking us for our donations.
This November meeting, I’m hoping you will be sending gift cards . They could be from Wal-mart, McDonalds, Burger King or any place you think a child would like to spend some money. /remember My Special Project , Happy Feet, the special tennis shoes for the kids at the Salt Lake Hospital.
Remember all our children in the hospital during this Christmas season. A Christmas Card with a gift card for a child to purchase something he or she would like for lunch.
Have a delicious Thanksgiving dinner with all your family and friends.

Clowns Fall is such a wonderful time of year. I thought it
would never get here! The weather cools and doesn’t melt your face when you Clown.
We experience children in so many ways through our lives. We have been one, maybe had one or so, teach them, help them and now we get to play with them through Clowning and make their young lives at least one smile better. When we are Clowns we get to experience just a little bit of that childhood wonder and innocent happiness.
The Clowns are busy painting faces and making balloons into fun shapes. The Shrine Circus was a HUGE success for the Clowns. The men Clowns shared the weekend and the treasures with us. What fun we have had working with them. Our big rodeo and the ceremonial are on the November calendar. Our Christmas Party is December 10th and all are invited. See a Clown for dinner reservations.
Welcome to our new Ladies and our thoughts are with those in need of uplifting.
Joyfully Lady Pam Wade
Vice Pres.

So far we have about 8 items in hand for the auction items and about 5 confirmed acts. So if anyone has any good ideals on acts or wants to participate please let me know. This is our last fund raiser for the year, so we need everyone to help to pull this off and raise money for the Travel Fund.

Sphinx Court Ways & Means Committee Ladies! We are getting closer to the time of the
drawing for our $500.00 opportunity on November 19th and we still have not had ticket stubs turned in with money on several of you. I hope you are busy trying to sell them or buying some on your own. We really need to push these sales in the next three weeks. Please turn in the ones you have sold along with the stub for the drawing as soon as possible so that we can tell where we stand.
Also, those beautiful cook books need to be in someone’s kitchen instead of in a box up-stairs. Please consider them for gifts for the upcom-ing holidays – our Lady Mary and her committee put a lot of hard work into them and the price is right - $15.00.
Good luck to those of you that have already pur-chased your $5.00 tickets and thank you for doing so!
Lady Barbara Hineman, PHP Chairman
Audit Committee Notice Unit and Club books need to be turned in for the GHP inspection promptly after the Unit/Club’s
