Of-ficiating at the ceremony wasthe Rev. John J. Traynor, withMrs. Shirley Segerist of Cen-tereach singing the "\ve Maria,"for the 200 guests.

Given in marriage by herbrother, Michael Clemente, Jr.,the bride was clad in a whitepeau de sole gown, fashionedin a straight line, whoiej ighneckline and long sleeves weredecorated with pearl and sequintrimmed, daisy - patterned lace.The same daisy lace was on thehemline of the train and at thepoint of its attachment to thewaist. A crown, shaped like arose amid petals, held in placeher elbow - length veil. BridalSuite of Patchogue provided thegowns of the bridal processionas well as the bridal flowers.Glamelias centered with a whiteorchid were in the bride's bou-quet.

A sister of the bride, Mrs.Gloria Prestia of Freehold, N.J.was the matron - of - honor.Thetwo bridesmaids were Mrs. Kath-leen Desposito of Lake Groveand Miss Susan Farina of Sel-den. A flower girl, April Voor-hees of Medford, and a ringbearer, Chris Calamusa ofFarmingville, were in the bridalassemblage.

Laurence Galgano of Selden,the bridegroom's brother, washis best man. Frank Ficarra ofCarlisle, Pa., and James Frezzaof Selden were the ushers.

At Hunter's Inn, Middle Island ,a dinner was served to 100 guestswith a three-piece band furnish-ing the music. Mr. and Mrs.Galgano left for a motor tripthrough New Jersey andthe Penn-sylvania Dutch Country. On theirreturn they will reside at 7 VanBuren Court, Nesconset.

The bride, a 1964 graduate ofSachem High School, Lake Ron-konkoma, and a 1966 graduate ofSuffolk County Community Col-lege, Selden, is employed as astenographer at Pilgrim StateHospital, West Brentwood.

The bridegroom is a 1962 grad-uate of St. Anthony's High Schoolin San Remo. He also graduatedfrom Suffolk Community College,Class of 1965, and in 1967 fromAdelphi Suffolk College, Oakdale.He is a case worker for SuffolkCounty Department of SocialServices in Bay Shore.

Church, united in Holymatrimony Miss CarolynGalante,daughter of Dominiek Galanteof 17 Second Street, Farmingville,and of the late Mrs. Agnes Ga-lante, and Peter Cammarata, sonof Mr. and Mrs. Mike Cammarataof 125 Dawn Drive, Centereach.The ceremony was performedby Father Rocco Galletti in thepresence of 75 guests.

The bride was given inmarriage by her father. Hergown, which was provided byLentin's of Patchogue, was ofsatin peau de soie, fashionedin Princess style. It had aSabrina neckline, traditional longsleeves and was embellished withheavily beaded peau d'ange lace.The gown's carriage back sweptinto a chapel train. A forwardcap of matching lace, crystalsand pearls was attached to afive-yard silk illusion veil whichwas scalloped and pearled. Herflowers, from Bridal Suite ofPatchogue, were an eightgarlandspray of glamelias with a de-tachable orchid center.

Miss Theresa Galante was themaid-of-honor. The bridesmaidswere Miss Carol Ann Trapiano,Miss Laura Schleyer, Miss Jo-Ann Ondik and Miss AndreaNaeder. There was a flowergirl,Carolyn Dell Olio, accompaniedby the ring bearer, Andrew In-franco.

The bridegroom's best manwas Joseph Cammarata. Servingas ushers were Anthony Galante,Michael Infranco, Michael Rutou-ski and Ralph Randanzzo.

Mr. and Mrs. Cammarata re-ceived their guests at the Hunt-ington Town House, where theJoe Collfitti Band entertainedthe 215 guests, The weddingtrip was seven days spent inthe Poconos.

The bride, a 1965 graduateof Sachem High School, LakeRonkonkoma, is a dental as-sistant. The bridegroom, whograduated in 1960 from NewfieldHigh School, Selden, is a painter.Home for the newly-weds is atDawn Drive, Centereach.

DI PIERRO - EMERY

At a mid-January wedding, 10a. m., the 15th., in CenterMoriches Methodist Church,Miss Brenda Emery, daughterof Mr. and Mrs. Herman Emeryof Shirley, became the brideof Army Private Victor M.Di Pierro, son of Mr. and Mrs.Michael Di Pierro of MasticBeach. The Rev. Edward Gilesperformed the ceremony, atWhich about 20 guests were inattendance.

The bride wore a light bluetaffeta dress with a matchingcoat. Her sister, Mrs. Judy Towleof Shirley, was her matron-of-honor. The bridegroom was at-tended by his brother-in-law,Joseph Augustine of Mastic Beach,as best man.

The 20 guests were served abreakfast at the reception fol -lowing the ceremony, at theSunrise Restaurant, Center Mo-riches.

Traditional wedding music, in-cluding the singing of the "AveMaria", marked the wedding ofMiss Clare Barbara Connaughton,daughter of Mr. and Mrs. MichaelConnaughton of 19 CrestwoodLane, Lake Ronkonkoma, 4 p.m.January 26 in The Assumptionof the Blessed Virgin Mary R.C.Church, Centereach, when shebecame the bride of Franciscode Zubiria, son of Mrs. Mar-guerite de Zubiria y Aycardiof Boston, Mass. Father RoccoGallitelli officiated at the cere-mony, which was attended by150 guests.

Her father gave the bride inmarriage. Her costume was apeau de soie and Chantilly lacegown having full-length sleevesand a peau de soie and Chan-tilly lace detachable train.Seed pearls formed her head-piece into which were set rhine-stones shaped into the form ofa star. Her illusion veil waselbow-length. Her cascade bou-quet, from Bridal Suite of Pat-chogue, held carnation s and roses

Mrs. Bernadette Albino wasthe matron-of-honor. Miss TeriAnn Connaughton and MissSuzanne Connaughton, both ofLake Ronkonkoma, were thebridesmaids. The flower girlwas Mary Elizabeth Connaughton.

Mr.de Zubiria was attended byhis best man, Anthony DeCandiaof Selden. The ushers wereArturo Villamarin and AntonioSalva, both of Port Jefferson,and Luigi Sconamiglia of StonyBrook.

A cocktail hour at 5 p.m. atFelice's of Patchogue for 95guests was followed b\ a dinner ,from which the couple left fora week in Puerto Rico.

The bride and bridegroom be-came acquainted when they wereboth students in their secondi ear at Suffolk County Com-munity College, Selden. Mrs.de Zubiria ,an English major,speaks Spanish fluently . Herhusband, a native of Bogota,Columbia , South \merica , ismajoring in languages.

Everyone seems to like Wolf-gang's, that delightfu l din ingplace at the foot of Ocean Ave-nue, Patchogue, where diner canlook out over the green of avillage park to the waters of thebay and the wheeled flight ofseagulls and where, in addit ionto soft music , friendly serviceand an exceptionally fine and var-ied menu , there is the culinaryart of Chef Richard Broere ofSayville.

"Hie other afternoon, in ans-wer to a request, Chef Broere,white uniform, chef's hat and all,appeared in the dining room bear -ing a slip of paper on which wasprinted, as a contribution to Tab-le Talk, one of his favorite andequally popular recipes.

It featured what was to Mr.Broere a "favorite for thefisherman's catch" - his

Filet of Sole Meuniere

6 filet of flounder1/4 cup oil1 cup milk3 tbs. butter1 cup flourjui ce of 2 lemons1/4 cup chopped parsley

Dip filet in milk and in flourseasoned with salt.

ln large skillet heat 1/4 inchoil and brown fish on both sides,shaking pan constantly. Removefilet to heated serving dish andsprinkle with pepper, lemon juiceand chopped parsley. Garnisheach filet with a slice of lemon.

Pour off oil in which fish wasbrowned and in same pan melt1 tbs. butter for each serving.Cook butter until it is a richhazelnut brown and pour overfish.

In conclusion Chef Broerecommented, "Any fish may besauteed,"but this simple methodof cookery is a favorite withfishermen, "since it makes themost of the delicate and un-fortunately elusive flavor offreshlv caught fish."

Tlie lovely wedding of MissTorrey Lee Hallock, daughterof Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hallockof Bellport, and Arthur DrewFelio, son of Mr. and Mrs. EarlN. Felio of South Orange andLake Mohawk , N.J., took placein the Bellport Methodist Churchat 3:30 p. m., Saturday. Thedouble-ring ceremony was per-formed by the Rev. Gabe Camp-bell, Congregational minister ofGreenwich, Conn., and brother-in-law of the bridegroom , andthe Rev. Frederick I. Smith,pastor. White snapdragons ,gladioli , and red roses flankedby white cjclamen adorned thealtar.

The bride, given in mar-riage by her father, wore a full-length princess shift of whitesilk faille , trimmed with Venicelace at the neckline and thethree-quarter sleeves. Her full-length veil was bordered withthe same lace - and she carrieda cascade bouquet of white free-sia and red sweetheart roses. -

Miss Leslie Hallock, sister ofthe bride, was her maid-of-honor , and her bridesmaidswere Miss Alison Hallock, sis-ter of the bride, and Mrs. Rich-ard Graves of Syracuse.

Mr. Felio's best man was hiscousin, Bruce Allen , and theushers were Arthur D'AUesandroof Newark, N.J. and ThomasPlant, Jr., of Glen Ridge, N.J.

A reception for family andfriends was held at Christ ChurchParish Hall , following the wed-ding ceremony.

After a two-week wedding tripto Portugal , Spain, and Moroc-co, the couple will make theirhome at South BeechStreet in Sy-racuse.

The bride attended ParsonsSchool of Design after graduat-ing from Bellport High School.She is a '67graduateof the Schoolof Fine Arts at Syracuse Univer-sity and is presently employedas a designer at George BeckIndustrial Design Company, Caz-enovij-u Her husband is a graduateof Syracuse University.
