NEW DELHI, June 24:
The Monsoon Session ofParliament will commencefrom July 17, the day voting forthe Presidential election is slat-ed to take place.
The Cabinet Committee onParliamentary Affairs (CCPA)has recommended holding thesession from July 17 to August11, according to sources in thecommittee.
The CCPA meeting, chairedby Home Minister RajnathSingh, was held last eveningafter the NDA’s Presidentialnominee, Ram Nath Kovind,filed his nomination papers.(PTI)
