James C. "Jim" McNeely departed this life January 13,2000.

He was bom December 16, 1940 to William E. and Chloie McNeely in Texarkana.

He later moved to Austin in Au- gust 1953 and to Eagle Lake in 1997.

Jim graduated from Travis High School in Austin, worked as a printer, enjoyed working on cars and tinkering

with all electronics. He also took pride in cooking for large groups. Jim will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his son, Ronald, and wife, Charlene; two grandchil- dren, Delilah and Nicholas; brothers, Jerry and wife, Mary Jo, of Austin and Jack and wife, Ella, of Mason City,
