Kathleen carried a mix of white anemones and ranunculus with accents of fresh greenery. Custom heraldry invitations included a whimsical floral design with a tiny Texas star (a subtle nod to their roots) tucked into the leaves.

Kathleen’s seven bridesmaids wore ivory floor-length chiffon dresses. The couple’s custom crest made its way from the stationery to the classic buttercream wedding cake, which was finished with small bunches of fresh flowers. “We wanted everything to feel natural and welcoming,” Kathleen says.

Rustic, whitewashed farm tables were dressed up with glowing copper lanterns, low floral arrangements and white linen runners. In lieu of traditional escort cards, Kathleen

and Luke opted for a more creative approach: flags attached to little copper bells.
