Subject: Implementation of Integrated Fertilizer ManagementSystem (IFMS) / DBT to rationalize the Fertilizer Subsidy atRetailer Fertilizer License Holders in respect of Jammu District.
N O T I C EAll the Retail Fertilizer License Holders of different AgricultureZones/Sub Divisions of Jammu District are hereby asked to avail theone time opportunity to get the Point of Sale (POS) Devices free ofcost from the IFFCO Fertilizer Company situated at 44 B/B nearChristian Colony Gandhi Nagar, Jammu up to 20th of September,2017 as required and mandatory to implement the IFMS / DBT torationalize the Fertilizer Subsidy through Mobile FertilizerManagement System or otherwise those who will not register underMFMS having no ID Nos. and found without POS Machine shall for-feit the right of Retail Fertilizer License for which specific instruc-tions have been conveyed by the Director, Department of Fertilizers,Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India vide his officecommunication No: 12012/7/2012-FPP dated: 31.07.2017 andDirector of Agriculture, Jammu (Controller Fertilizer, J&K).As such, all the Retailers who have not registered so for withFertilizer Companies operated in J&K are directed to approach theState Marketing Manager, IFFCO 44 B/B Gandhi Nagar, Jammu upto 20.09.2017 to avail the opportunity to get the POS devices to beinstalled at Sale Out let. However, following documents are requiredto be produced while getting the POS Machine:1. Copy of the Valid Fertilizer Retail License issued by this office.2. Copy of the Aadhar Card / Voter List of the Retailer in case of
the proprietor and the Secretary in case of Co-op. Society.3. Complete Stamp with Address 4. Activated Sim Card of Android Phone of 2G or 3G but not 4G.So it is being published in the Local Dailies for general informationto the Public especially Retail Fertilizer Dealers to get the POSMachine and register under MFMS or otherwise their Licenses willbe cancelled then and there if compliance are not made as perinstructions issued by the Govt. of India.
