Oxford, Mississippi, that Myra Shaw bas filed an application for a variance
pertaining to the side yard setback requirement. A Sft side yard variance is
requested from 15ft to lOft to allow for construction of a single-family residence.
The variance is request due to an irregular shaped lot. Section 500 & 510 of the
Oxford Zoning Ordinance. Said property is located at 701 College Hill Road,
Ox.ford, Mississippi. A public hearing regarding said application will be held at
5:00 p.m., in the courtroom of the Oxford City Hall on June 11, 2001. Any person
interested in said application may appear in person or agent. Written comments
regarding said application will be received by the City until the time of said
hearing.
