Sign a One-Time Agreement
Sign a one-time Data Store access agreement and opt into the consumer social platforms of interest.
Distribute + Target Audiences
Distribute your licensed third-party audiences and use them for campaign targeting on the platform of choice.
Report Usage Back to LiveRamp
On a monthly basis, buyers report on usage back to the LiveRamp Data Store for billing.
Marketers may license trusted third-party audiences from over 180+ data providers and onboard it to the social platform of choice. The data workflows are the same as if you were onboarding your CRM data to the social platform.

Workflow to Get Started
DATA BUYER DATA SELLER LIVERAMP
Sign a one-time Data Store accessagreement and opt into consumersocial platforms of interest.
To receive custom segments that a data seller has prepared for you, notify your LiveRamp account team to enable the whitelist. -- For syndicated segments, search and select in Data Store, skip to #7.
Upload custom segments into Connect.
Select and share custom segments with the corresponding buyer.
Vet privacy considerations (same criteria as today).
Receive notification from Connectthat custom segments are available.
Set up the consumer social Destination Account in Connect, and agree to reporting, pricing, and payment prompts.
*OAuth Process: Click activate onthe social Destination Account tile.Click the tile. Enter account details.Authorize by entering the platform’susername and password. *OAuth not required for Facebook distributions.
Add desired custom or syndicated segments to the destination account.
Activate segments in the social consumer account.
Provide a month-end usage report in compliance with LiveRamp billing’s specifications
Parse and distribute usage to sellers.
