When the equivalent length is over 90% of the maximal real length the diameter of the main tubing (from the outdoor unit to the first branch joint) should be one size bigger than normal.
Important CriteriaImportant Criteria
After expanded the gas pipe to a larger diameter, the equivalent length need to be recalculate. The formula is as follow:
