ACCIDENTS• A report was received at 5:36

p.m. Monday that a vehicle wasbacked into another vehicle in the700 block of Burleigh. Estimatedvalue of the damage to the secondvehicle was $270.

• A sheriff’s office report wasreceived at 12:07 p.m. Monday thatan Irene school bus had slid into theditch along 298th St. and damagedthe door and some windows. Nochildren were on the bus when theaccident occurred.

ARRESTS• Tyler Sealey, 19, Yankton, was

arrested Monday for a probation vio-lation, failure to appear and posses-sion of marijuana.

• Joshua Carter, 19, Yankton,was arrested Monday on two countsof possession of marijuana and on ahold for the South DakotaDepartment of Corrections.

• Thomas Mollet, 19, was arrestedMonday for possession of marijuana.

• Daniel Pearson, 23, was arrest-ed Monday for distribution of mari-juana, possession of drug parapher-nalia, two counts of possession of acontrolled substance and on a holdfor court services.

INCIDENTS• A report was received at 6:36

p.m. Monday that a Dewalt cordlessgrinder, reciprocating saw and flash-light were stolen from a pickup toolbox in the 700 block of Walnut.Estimated value of the loss was$505.

• A report was received at 8:22a.m. Tuesday that a vehicle waskeyed in the 400 block of Walnut.Estimated value of the damage is$1,300.
