Mr. Root’s practice is devoted to serving clients on a widevariety of legal issues directly affecting the transportationindustry, with a focus on class action and commerciallitigation.
PROFILE
Paul D. Root regularly defends transportation companiesin a variety of state and federal court litigation, includingwage-and-hour class actions, employment litigation, andgeneral commercial and business litigation.
While in law school Mr. Root served as a ManagingEditor of the Indiana Law Journal and was also a memberof Outreach for Legal Literacy, a legal education programwith the objective of educating elementary school-agechildren about their constitutional rights.
