TEACHER REMINDERS Please pass out any library fines
at this time. 8th Grade Aspire and PASS scores
should be passed out to freshman Seniors that did not get copies of
their ACT and WorkKeys score during registration should receive those scores at this time.
GUIDANCE ANNOUNCEMENTS
South Florence High School will host an SAT/ACT workshop directed by One-on-One on Tuesday, September 22 in room 219 from 8:30am – 3:30pm. The cost of the workshop is $55 and can be paid in the main office. However, space is limited.
FYI Seniors: School Counselors are beginning IGPs with Seniors. They will meet with
each senior to discuss post-secondary plans and graduation requirements. If one of your classmates has met with a counselor already; do not worry, they will meet with you too.
On Tuesdays, there will be a representative from Florence-Darlington Technical College to help answer questions students may have in regards to college and dual credit.
JUNIORS & SENIORS 11th and 12th grade students will
complete the SFHS Student Information Sheet for the scholarship committee.
An envelope will be place in the teacher’s boxes with a sheet for each student and directions for the teachers.
The sheet needs to be completed during PAWS and returned to Mrs. Page.
