Pcounter EveryonePrint (Student instance) will allow UJ Staff & Students to:
•Print research or assistance for students from staff PC’s, released in student areas billed to student •Create user accounts for walk in customers or Alumni from staff or student PC’s •Create staff private print accounts to upload funds via WebPay/Cash Kiosks and print documents in student areas with private credentials supplied, from either a student PC or connecting to EveryonePrint Student instance website from a staff PC •Students that need to submit jobs from a MAC or Linux PC connected to UJ network for release in student area •Students that need to print from mobile devices such as IPads, Cellphones, Tablets or Laptops that are connected to the UJ network wirelessly

A. Usage (Print student requests from staff PC’s):

Success screen •Make a note of the username and password – used for job submission via Pop Up or Everyone Print Student Instance), funds upload via WebPay, will also be emailed to email address for reference •Username is used to upload funds via Cash Kiosks and to release print jobs and make copies in the student areas

Walk in customers, Alumni, Students or Staff with private printing requirements with cash only, can walk up to a Cash Kiosk facility, and load funds to
their print account
Type in the username allocated on the keyboard and press <ENTER> (note that students present their student card at the cash kiosk)
The user is authenticated and their current balance is displayed on the screen The user then inserts coins and notes into the
Kiosk As the user inserts coins or notes, their new balance
will be displayed on the screen. The user then presses the ‘Finish’ button to complete the transaction. The new user balance is immediately available for use.

Student is presented with payment screen relevant to available payment methods (VISA, MasterCard etc)

(Vodacom/MTN only – can also send request to a friend’s Vodacom/MTN cell to complete request)
For alternate debit card payments, students can load funds from their debit card using the credit/debit card machine by the Cask Kiosk, take the confirmation slip to an OPS staff member
to deposit the funds into the student’s print account with WebCashier
Student enters cell phone number
