Tips On Buying Data From ANYONE
• ALWAYS start big. Data providers HATE to work with people who only buy less than 2,000 records.
• Negotiate with the ‘MAX buy’ then… “ask for sample” aka your test.
• Test needs to be close to 2,000 records
• Records can cost from low as $0.01 cents to $0.75
• If you have a budget… tell them you’re authorized for a test batch for your budget.
• POWER LINE: “How close can you get to that number, by adjusting your records”… then shut up.

Tips On Using a Data Append Service
• Keep your Data CLEAN before submitting (remove unnecessary information)
• ALWAYS send the file CSV (rookie mistake is saving files as excel).
• Have an organized file name: YEARMONTH – Type of File• IE: 2021-05 – Foreclosure
• TIP: Try to communicate via email so you have records of pricing + the smaller Data Append companies won’t even respond back if they think you’re small time.
