MFLTS is an autonomous software
application that provides an automated
foreign speech and text language
translation capability in order to
augment and complement limited
human linguistic resources across all
Army echelons in all environments.
Counterintelligence (CI) and Human
Intelligence (HUMINT) Collection and
Reporting Systems (CHARCS) is the
Army’s CI & HUMINT sensor system.
Will build upon the capabilities
provided in Increment 1 delivering
enhanced visualization, analytical tools
and data integration, cyber analytics
incorporation and emerging cyber
security considerations.
Provides the foundation capabilities for
DCGS-A to support the Army's
intelligence, surveillance, and
reconnaissance (ISR) mission for
processing, exploitation, and
dissemination (PED) of information
and intelligence data across echelons.
