How  to  add  the  Course  Coordinators  as  Additional  Instructors

1. Go  to  http://ecampustools.tamu.edu    ,  click  on  the  “Log  In”  button,  which  will  take  you  to  the    TAMU  sign-­‐on  page  

2. Once  logged  in,  you  will  be  taken  to  the  following  screen,  where  you  should  click  on  “Member  Management”  

   

3. On  the  next  screen  you  should  see  all  courses  for  which  you  are  also  an  instructor.  Click  on  the  one  you  want.  

4. Enter  your  name  or  UIN  on  the  field  of  the  left  and  click  the  “Validate”  button.      

   5. Check  the  button  “Alternate  Instructor”.  Add  other  

instructors  if  necessary.  Click    “Submit”  at  the  page  bottom.  6. That  is  it.  Click  on  the  “Main  Menu”  button  to  return  to  the  

screen  #3  and  add  yourself  to  other  courses.
