�e PIARA Field School is an intensive learningexperience that will provide you with training in a

variety of archaeological methods. You will excavatemonumental tombs and ritual spaces at the ancient siteof Hualcayán (2400 BC–AD 1450) and learn essentialtechniques in bioarchaeology, artifact analysis, GIS,

and 3D photogrammetry.
