used more commonly than any other forms to get the message of size, shape, locations and dimensions of a part.
These two forms are called 3-View and orthographic drawing

Pictorial• Pictorial drawing is a
type of drawing when the drawing looks like a picture. In drafting the most common form of pictoral drawing is isometric when lines are drawn isometricly or 30, 60 90 degrees.

• There are many form of pictorial drawing to get a desired look or effect.
• One thing to remember is that in pictorial drawing actual (true) measurements are only along isometric lines called axis.
