Our Pinnacle Lodging team reviews and analyzes monthly lodging trends to insure that our booking models are always current. This data allows us to respond accordingly to market fluctuations and better serve our guests and home owners.
• December to April continues to represent maximum rental revenue due to peak occupancy and rate structure.
• 2013 occupancy levels were the highest since 2008.
• Notable occupancy months were January (+15%) and August (+3.3%) YOY.
• 2013 summer market share increased 1.3% when compared to Colorado, this comes on the heels of 5.5% growth during 2012 Summer.
• Typically, variances of 10% +/- are due to A) Group business volume B) An event in town C) Seasonal holiday timing
