Buy vs. Build
Our business is going to try and rely on the building side of buy vs. build. We have many people in house that can design our website and easily maintain it. As far as what type of website we will have we have chosen a product and service based site. Where our customers will be able to review and purchase everything we have to offer.

Implementation
• Our company will be using plunge implementation. We believe our new system over powers our old and feel we don’t need the old system at all. We chose this as it fits our business goals and is easy for employees and customers to navigate.
Implementation- Training
• We will be training all employees on the use and maintenance of the system. This will allows customers quick troubleshooting if they call the store or email a troubleshooting issue.
• When all employees are trained on the online
processes, account management and log in, they will be certified to teach the system to all newly hired employees.
