What is TechCrete?
5
TechCrete is the most advanced
flexible concrete solution for highway
and airport pavement rehabilitation!
TechCrete Composition
6
Binder- Polymer-modified resin and oils
to better resist shoving and cracking.
Aggregate – designed to provide mass and stability for
compression resistance and to meet load bearing
requirements, while still allowing the material to flow.
TechCrete Products
7
TechCrete R
TechCrete R contains finer aggregate and is used for repairs up to ¾ inch (20mm) deep.
TechCrete TBR
TechCrete TBR contains larger aggregate particles and is used for repairs from ¾ inch to
8 inches (20 to 200mm) deep. This is the most frequently used TechCrete product.

FIBRECRETE
…the only proven durable patch
FIBRECRETE provides an impervious, color-matched hard-wearing finish. The finished patch has good tensile strength, flexibility, and resists compression and wheel tracking.
FIBRECRETE is designed to replace traditional
cementitious repairs which are prone to failure due to
their stiffness.
FIBRECRETE B and G
FIBRECRETE B (black) is a hot-applied polymer modified asphalt base material containing mineral fillers, chopped fibers, sand and graded granite aggregates. FIBRECRETE B is supplied in 50 lbs blocks.
…the only proven durable patch
FIBRECRETE G (grey) is a hot-applied synthetic polymer modified resin compound. The grey formulation performs equal to FIBRECRETE B, and meets or exceeds the same performance specifications. Fibrecrete “G” is a supplied in 50 lb melt bags.

FIBRECRETE solution…
Deep Repair Method The defective area is removed to the required width and depth and where necessary the existing joint sealing compound is removed. Loose material and debris is mechanically swept and removed from the site. The area is thoroughly cleaned with controlled use of hot compressed air. Where the repair depth is greater than 2”, hot applied Fibrecrete material is bulked out with larger aggregate. The remaining recess is then filled with Fibrecrete compound to finish flush with the pavement surface. While Fibrecrete is still molten a dressing of pre-heated high PSV aggregate is applied.
Fast installation minimizes costly traffic management and aircraft movement disruption.
The finished repair can withstand very high traffic loading within minutes of application.
The repair is totally impervious to water and salts thus arresting further deterioration.
