• Example– All the Doors are Open for the Active Ones!
(Latvia)• to foster active citizenship among the young people
in the region, • to help inactive young people to develop their
leadership qualities,• 5 sequential seminars taking place on weekends.
– Youth Bus (Lithuania)• Bus public transport, painted it in graffiti style and we
put inside a lot of information we considered useful for young people:. theatres, cinemas timetables, information about local and international youth organizations, etc.
– Sours (France)• to raise awareness for the protection of the brown
bear of the Pyrenees,• design educational material for children aged 6-12
years from schools in the Pyrenees area.

• Projects based on at least two European partnerships that allow the pooling of ideas, experiences and methodologies from projects or activities at local, regional or international level
• To allow the creation of new networks for the exchange, development and dissemination of good practice in the field of youth and participation

Youth Democracy Projects (2/3)• Involving young people aged between 13 and
30 with a minimum of 16 participants – Involving two promoters per participating country– Possible participation of decision-makers and
experts regardless of their age or geographical provenance
• The project may last from 3 to 18 months
• Projects get 75% funding of eligible costs but not exceeding € 50 000
• Thematic concept – YiA priorities, the future of Europe or the political priorities identified in the framework of European cooperation in the youth field.
