About us We offer best in line solutions for disinfection of water through
Electrochlorination. Electrochlorinators are also known as Sodium Hypochlorite Generators
(SHG). They use water, salt and electricity to produce Sodium Hypochlorite which
is a strong disinfectant. The applications of our systems are mainly for Disinfection, Algae
Prevention & Bio fouling control. 1000 + systems across 18 countries and 4 continents. Capacities ranging from 5gms/hr of chlorine to 500kgs/hr of chlorine. Lean and agile company with an experience of 30+ years in the field of

which are the main components for an Electrochlorination system. These electrodes are coated with Ruthenium, Iridium or Platinum to form a DSA(Dimensionally Stable Anode) coating.

Safe water for rural & urban poor(for NGOs and Govt. orgns) The implementation of the "Safe Water
System"(SWS) developed by the Centre for Disease Control, USA and UNDP is being adopted by many NGOs and Govt. organizations to ensure clean drinking water for the urban and rural poor.
The strategy is to make water safe through disinfection and safe storage at the point of use.
The success of this program is based on a reliable and economical access to Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl). You can now produce your own NaOCl with Common salt, water and electricity using the Pristine Water range of Electrochlorinators

BIO FOULING AND ALGAE PREVENTION
Shock and Continuous dosing of Sodium Hypochlorite will prevent the bio fouling on board ships, in Heat exchangers, Condensers, Ballast chambers. This increases efficiency of the equipment & reduces the frequency of the maintenance required.

BALLAST WATER TREATMENT
Sodium Hypochlorite can be produced on board directly from sea water in our on-line Sodium Hypochlorite generators and added to the Ballast water to rid it of all bio growth before releasing the water into the sea.

The warm temperature in the tower isa recipe for pathogens, algae and mussel growth outside the condensate pipes, which results in the reduction of heat exchange efficiency. Our electro chlorinators produce the required sodium hypochlorite to prevent this algaeformation and thereby optimizing the efficiency of the cooling water system.

OFF SHORE OIL PLATFORM
Marine growth and fouling in Floating production Storage and Offloading vessels (FPSO) reduces heat transfer in the condenser and the heat exchanger and restricts cooling water flow in the pipes and increases corrosion by restricting oxygen diffusion.
Dosing sodium hypochlorite using our onsite Electro chlorinators will ensure this marine growth is prevented thereby increasing the efficiency and reducing the frequency of maintenance required in the off shore oil and gas platform.
