Why did you start your own company? The unethical behavior of previous employers
prompted me to start a company with solid biblically based values.
To provide quality repairs at a reasonable rate. Provide correct information to the client always. Return all messages and phone calls in a timely
fashion. Respect my clients, their stores, and their
employees.
What responsibilities do you have to your clients?
Show up when you say you will, if you are unable to make it on time, call before you are already supposed to be there.
Clean up the work site, never leave a mess for store employees to clean. ( even if the mess is from a previous company)
Give them choices if available for different brands or prices on parts.
How do you ensure client satisfaction?
Once again it is all about prioritizing. What job is the most crucial one? If a client is going to lose product over a piece of equipment being down, then I am heading there first. In the commercial industry, most clients understand when an emergency call comes in.
