Timeline for Renovation & Preservation
Close on July 1, 2006– July 1, 2006:
• Begin immediate improvement efforts to second floor living space
– September 1, 2006:• Paint eaves and molding around bay openings
– August 1, 2007:• Repair masonry & mortar joints on entire building• Replace missing spire on north side of façade
– October 1 2007:• Apply siloxane water repellent to entire building

New Development Code Takes effect June 1, 2006

• GPI (General Public & Institutional Use District)– Allows residential use– Does not allow retail
