Step 1 Using a
protractor will help you to identify angles
First draw an angle as displayed in the picture

Step 2 Place protractor
so that the zero line is directly on top of ray B
DO NOT DO IT THIS WAY

Step 3 Align the center
line of the protractor directly with the vertex of the angle

number on the protractor where ray A passes through the curved part of the protractor
