If latency accumulates:
1. Audio bandwidth reduced dynamically, changes incoming and/or outgoing audio codecs on fly
2. Changes H.264 video size (CIF/QCIF) on fly
3. Conference Server slows video to keyframes only Current speaker gets first priority, then videos in order

As latency nears 0, everything goes back to normal
