Challenge

Before implementing umantis Raiffeisen Schweiz used the standard databank of a large IT service provider. At that time applications were mostly handed in by post or e-mail. For that reason all information had to be collected later manually which meant a large administra-tive effort. The throughput time from the job advertisement to the staffing also delayed due to big internal effort. The line could not adequa-tely be integrated into the process. By applying a recruiting management software Raiffeisen expected a more efficient working, a quicker evaluation of the applications through the HR department and the line and a reduction of the administrative effort thanks to online applica-tions.
