Roasting without bounds

No matter whether it is leg of pork, roast with crackling, pork medallions, meat loaf, turkey breast, roast beef, leg of veal, roast veal, roast on a spit, roast duck and much more, large or small, fully or partially loaded, it will be perfectly prepared with overnight roasting.

You only need to select the browning you require from light to dark and from rare, to medium or well done. That's it!

Just put the meat raw into the cooking cabinet. The meat pieces are automatically seared and then very gently cooked with ClimaSoft®. The special maturing process makes the meat succulently tender and incomparably juicy. If required, you can hold the meat for 24 hours without any loss of quality. For the first time, it is possible with the SelfCooking Center® to refine the roast with crackling and the poultry that was gently cooked overnight with a crisp crust – simply at the touch of a button.

With overnight roasting you can also prepare the most diverse meat and poultry kinds in one load, the pieces don’t even have to be of the same size – that means a unique variety of dishes cooked overnight.

Meat that’s consistently perfect

Whether it’s boiled beef, cured ham, gammon, beef brisket, turkey breast, or tongue, large or small, fully or partially loaded – everything is gently – and fully automatically – cooked in the SelfCooking Center® - the way you want it.

The cooking process starts with a low cooking cabinet temperature that is gradually and sensitively raised. This is particularly gentle and always ensures a perfect meal quality. Your ham is incomparably juicy and boiled, your beef succulently tender. If required, you can hold meat for 24 hours without any loss of quality.

Even mixed loads of the most different meat kinds are prepared with gentle cooking, the meat pieces don’t even have to be of the same size. Everything is cooked to perfection.

Braising was never simpler

No matter whether it’s leg of lamb, leg of veal, braised beef, rouladen, osso buco, shiskebab or even goulash, large or small pieces, full or partial loads, the SelfCooking Center® will braise to the highest degree of perfection. Simply select whether you want it rare, medium or well done. That’s it!

Put the raw meat into the stock and load the SelfCooking Center®. After the searing phase the meat is gently braised. If you wish, you can baste with the stock after searing – an alert will automatically remind you. Ideally attuned braising conditions such as time, temperature, moisture and airflow speed ensure wonderfully tender meat – at the touch of a button. During the holding phase, you can hold the braised roast for another 24 hours without any loss of quality.

You can even braise different kinds of meat at the same time in only one load and the meat pieces don’t even have to be the same size. Everything is braised to perfection.
