Working with NYCHA, our goal is that at least 30% of all new job openings be made available to NYCHA residents. These jobs will be at varying skill requirement levels and some of the trades that we expect to be hiring are:

Note: Regardless of the trade, all workers on construction sites are required by law to have an OSHA 10 hour safety class certification
All wages paid on the construction of NYCHA public housing units will be in accordance with federal Davis Bacon requirements.
