1. Slidethedriveflangeadaptorplateoverthewheelstudsandmountusingwashersandboltsprovided.Tightenevenlyto100Nm
2. AttachthesafetychainandsnaphooktothevehiclesuspensionasshowninFig.1
3. Greasethethreadofcomponent (A)withsuitablehighpressuregreasesuchasMolybdenumDisulphide(blackUJgrease).
4. Insertandtightenthecomponent(A)intothedriveflangeadaptorwiththeHexfacingoutandtightensothebaseofthecentrerodcontactsandpressesonthestubaxle.
5. Tightenthenhittheouterendof (A) twicewithasuitablecoppermalletthenretighten.Continuethisprocesstillthehubpullsoffthestubaxle.
Note: if the wheel bearing is very tight on the stub axle the removal process will damage the internal crush spacer in the bearing. For this reason the wheel bearing should be replaced after removal.

Hexatoneendandasolidmetalbarupthemiddle.
2. Bytighteningthethreadedbodydownintothecentreofthedriveflangeadaptor(B)thecentrebarof(A)willpushagainstthestubaxle.
3. Oncetightsimplyhittheouterendofthecentrebarwithacoppermallet.
4. Thishammerstrikewilldeliveradirectshocktothejointbeingseparated.
5. Hittwiceandre-tightentheImpactForceScrewthenrepeattillthejointhasseparated.
Component B – Rear Drive Flange Adaptor PlateThisisspecificallydesignedtobolttothevehiclesreardriveflangeaftertheremovalofthecentrehubnut.
Components – Safety Chain and Snap HookThesetoolsareusedtoconnectthedriveflangeandtoolassemblylooselytothevehicletopreventtheassemblyfromaccidentlyfallingandcoursinginjury.
Component E - Nuts and WashersUsedtoconnectthedriveflangeadaptortothewheelstudsofthedriveflange.
