5. To consider the appointment of Company Secretary- KMP andCompliance Officer.

Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares ofthe Company will remain closed from 28th January, 2016 to 6thFebruary, 2016 (both days inclusive) and accordingly, Directors &designated persons of the Company shall not trade in the securitiesof the Company in such period.

PUBLIC NOTICEI have been instructed by Federal Bank Ltd., Mulund Branch to inves-tigate title of Shri Sanjay N. Rachh and Mrs. Pinky Sanjay Racch (here-inafter referred to as owners) who claims to be the absolute owners offlat more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written(hereinafter referred to as the said flat) which they had purchased fromShri Shaji K. NOTICE is hereby given to all concerned that if anybody has anyclaim, share, right title or interest of any nature whatsoever into, uponor in respect of the said property or any part thereof by way of agree-ment, contract, occupancy, sale, exchange, mortgage, development,lien, gift, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, inheritance,bequeath, possession, lease, sub lease, tenancy, licence, easement,or otherwise in any manner whatsoever, he/she/they should, within 7days from the date of publication of this Notice notify the same in writ-ing with all particulars and copies of relevant documents in supportthereof to me at following address.
