REPORTS

IRIS Reporting Wizard follows the Loss Causation Modelto create a report. Thanks to the step-by-step wizard,

writing reports have never been easier.

The wizard will, depending on the type of event, guide the reporter through thedifferent forms for input of data. By answering “yes” or “no” on event definingquestions, only relevant sections for data entry will be opened.

At the final step the reporter is asked to assess the event (or non-conformity), which will optimize the workflow for deciding upon risk control options by high-lightinghazardous conditions.
