TRAINING OF SELECTED REGULAR, SPECIAL EDUCATION AND ALTERNATIVE

LEARNING SYSTEM ATHLETES FOR REGIONAL SPORTS COMPETITION 2018

School Heads/TICs (Public/Private Elementary, Junior and Senior High Schools) All Others Concerned

1. In preparation for the Regional Sports Competition 2018 Sports which will be held on February

12-15 2018 at the Schools Division of San Pablo City, the Cavite Cluster will conduct training

starting on January 17 to February 3, 2018 at their own desired training venue that is accessible and

safe to all athletes.

2. The Objectives of this training are as follows:

a. to improve and maintain general physical fitness and psychological preparedness for the coming

competition,

b. to develop and stabilize competition performance,

c. to achieve maximum individual or team efficiency in a selected sports discipline.

3. All coaches are required to submit to the Cavite Cluster Management their training matrix and

schedule before the conduct of their training and must give each athlete a copy of their schedule of

training to be submitted to their respective class adviser for their reference.

4. All coaches and School sports coordinator must secure parent's permit and school Head consent.

No parent's permit and No School Head's consent policy are strictly implemented.

5. All School Head (public and private) are requested to assign teacher/school personnel to

accompany their selected athletes to the training venue and to provide financial assistance to the

athletes from their local fund during their training.

6. Athletes who fail to attend the training for five consecutive days without valid reason will be

replaced.

7. All coaches, assistant coaches and chaperons must be present during their scheduled training.

Failure to attend for three consecutive days without valid reason will also be replaced.

8. All subject teachers (Public and Private) are requested to give consideration in giving grades to all

athletes who underwent training during Provincial Meet 2017 up to Regional Sports Competition

2018.
