SALEM UPDATE NEWS OF THE SALEM AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Several years ago, the Salem Chamber sponsored the Business Connection luncheon series, a quarterly “Lunch & Learn” opportunity for our members. It gave attendees the chance to come together, enjoy lunch and hear a guest speaker deliver a presentation that contained a relevant business topic. These luncheons were highly successful, (we believe), but now it is time for a change. Fast forward to the new year and the Chamber Connection. We are excited to introduce a new Chamber program that will happen once a month in the morning. After discussions with many Chamber members, it was thought that a monthly morning meeting would be a popular event. We plan to hold these morning meetings during the last week of the month; (usually on Thursdays or Fridays). We will start at 8:30 a.m. and plan on a one hour get together. What will occur at these events? Networking, announcements, some educational mini sessions, and hopefully , even some unplanned collaborations will result from these new gatherings. The first Chamber Connection will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 beginning at 8:30 a.m.. Susan Myers from Crabb Insurance Agency will deliver a short program on “Social Media Marketing - Organic Reach Basics”. There is no cost to attend the Chamber Connection meetings. However, reservations are required. Please RSVP to the Chamber via phone at 330-337-3473 or email at [email protected]. We hope many of our Salem Chamber members will take this opportunity to enjoy coffee and stop in to meet with fellow business associates at the Chamber office. And remember…”It’s Great Doing Business with a Chamber Member”!

NEW MEMBER CHAMBER PROFILE...NextHome GO30 Realty
Robert “Dan” Dull is proud to announce a new affiliation with the NextHome franchise. NextHome GO30 Realty will represent the third NextHome franchised location in the state of Ohio. NextHome is a fast-growing progressive real estate franchise with a consumer centric focus. NextHome’s outside the box philosophy couples simple yet robust technology with world class marketing to provide an end to end solution for buyers and sellers.
The company is owned and operated by top producers and business partners, Chad Cromer and Dan Dull. Cromer serves as President for the company, while Dull is the Broker-of-Record. The leadership team is joined by Cromer’s wife, Erin Cromer, who serves as the Office Manager. After several successful years in the industry, Cromer and Dull branched out on their own in 2008 to open Community First Real Estate. “Seeing the growth of our team and how Dan and I provided advice and guidance to other agents at our brokerage, we thought it was the perfect time to branch out on our own and open a real estate company,” said Chad. With a consistent drive to push forward and create relevance in the real estate industry, the business partners sought a model to enhance the success and growth experienced by Community First Real Estate over the past 9 years. “Months and months of research and focus to find the most impactful brand to provide superior service to our clients and agents led us to NextHome,” states Dull.
In addition to its history of excellent service, NextHome GO30 Realty provides the most cutting-edge technology in the industry today. Newly integrated tools include a National Listing Distribution platform which distributes listings to hundreds of national websites and provides detailed traffic reports to sellers; a National Open House Syndication program; the most prominent yard signs on the market; the Mobile Connect feature which uses mobile technology to link buyers to all-inclusive listing details; and much much more. Cromer adds, “We even offer a free utility and address changing service that does all the work for our buyers and sellers, making the transaction seamless.”
NextHome GO30 Realty is committed to the real estate needs of both buyers and sellers in Columbiana and Mahoning Counties. In addition to the leadership staff, NextHome GO30 Realty is blessed with a dedicated team of agents including Chrissie Broderick, Shannon Clark, Michaela Dalpra, Nick DeMart, Teri Gear, Bill Loftus, Susan Scenna, and Meredith Zitkovic. To experience NextHome GO30 Realty, visit their website at www.GO30.com or contact directly at 330-629-8888.
