General Information
Rio Bravo Fundamental Institucional FIA is an unleveraged fund seeking long term alpha returns
through a fundamentalist approach on valuedinvestments combined with an activist corporate governance approach, investing in publicly traded
shares of Brazilian companies.
Target PublicThe investment objective is the medium to long term
appreciation of its quotes by investing preponderantly in promising publicly traded shares of Brazilian companies.
The fund will primarily select companies based on a fundamental approach, giving particular emphasis on both
style and quality of corporate management and sustainability and quality of business models. The stock selection is based on the difference between the intrinsic and market value of
the selected investable companies. The fund aims to build medium to long term positions improving the management of corporate governance of the invested companies. In the
selection of investable companies, the fund will count on the unique qualifications of its managers in consulting, corporate
restructuring and corporate governance.
