HAYES CREEK PROJECT - HIGH GRADE URANIUM, WORLD CLASS PROVINCE
February 2014
The Hayes Creek project is located 200 km south of Darwin in the Northern Territory, Australia. Following recent
discoveries, the Hayes Ck province is now recognised to be similar to other nearby Pine Creek Orogen world class
unconformity deposits including Ranger and Jabiluka. Rockland is planning a 2014 drilling program to “unlock” the 2
uranium potential of this underexplored region. The company has a large land holding totaling 1,098km (100% of the
uranium rights) which includes a JORC uranium resource. Significant new datasets and insights have led to the
identification of several high quality targets.
The deposit has a maiden JORC resource of 829,000 t @
924 ppm U O for 1.7 Mlb (400 ppm lower cut off and 3 8
4,000 ppm upper cut).Drilling intercepts up to 5 m @ 1.5% U O with grades as 3 8
high as 20.3% U O .3 8
The Fleur de Lys uranium mine operated in the 1950s and
produced uranium grades averaging 0.22% for 600 lb
U3O8 – Rockland's is targeting extensions to the historic
mine.Nine other prospects have significant uranium
mineralization which exceed percentage grades and
testify to the wide-spread high grade nature of the
mineral system. Significant exploration upside at known locations and
also untested green-field opportunity to be drill tested.Located near existing infrastructure including power,
water, roads, rail and accommodation.

ECLIPSE PROJECT
CALVERT HILLS PROJECT
2The Eclipse project covers an area of approximately 485 km within the Ngalia Basin, which is recognised by Geoscience
Australia as a premier location for sandstone hosted uranium deposition along with possible paleochannel, roll-front
and unconformity uranium. The project is immediately adjacent to the Napperby Uranium Deposit. Rockland will focus
exploration on drill testing the known uranium prospects and targets derived from shallow drilling and airborne
electromagnetics which have not been previously followed up.
Adjacent to the Napperby uranium deposit which is hosted by shallow paleochannel calcretes with a JORC-
compliant Inferred Resource of 7.4 Mlbs U O . 3 8
Within the Ngalia basin are a number of advanced uranium prospects and deposits including the Bigryli
Deposit with a resource of 20.6 Mlbs U O . 3 8
The Nolan's Bore deposit is located 20 km northeast and contains a uranium resource of 19.5 Mlbs U O 3 8
(including significant rare earth elements (REEs) and phosphate mineralization).Previous uranium exploration has only been focussed on very shallow opportunities with significant
potential for alternate styles of uranium mineralization.
2The Calvert Hills project is 1,749 km . The utilisation of geophysics and drilling has confirmed extensive Westmoreland
Conglomerate, which are shallowly covered and hence have been underexplored for uranium. Targets have been
derived using geophysics, prospecting and drilling which are analogues to the Westmoreland unconformity uranium
Deposit and require further prospecting and drilling.
The same geological setting as the Westmoreland Uranium Deposit (51.9 Mlbs U O ).3 8
Newly recognized extensive exploration potential previously hidden by shallow cover which
is under explored.Geophysics, geochemical and geological criteria provide integrated targets which correspond
with the signature of the Westmoreland Deposit.
