30 – 45 Minute VisitIf you only have a short amount of time to visit the Garden, there are a number of specialty and flower gardens that you can visit near the main entrance:

• Japanese Garden• Fuchsia Garden• Volunteer Flower Garden• Soller I Sculpture• Vegetable Garden• Compost Demonstration Site• Children’s Garden• Tropical Display Greenhouse• Desert and Succulent Garden• Rose Garden• Garden for the Senses• Mediterranean Garden

1 Hour VisitIf you have a little more time and can explore further, you might want to walk the tram road. The loop is just under one mile and has some slight inclines; just right for a mild workout. Follow the green stripe on the road. There are many trails that bisect the Garden. You can take a side trip on one of the many trails, just be sure to wear comfortable shoes.

Half Day or Longer VisitWith 87 acres to explore, the possibilities are endless. Explore the specialty gardens, visit the tropical greenhouse and walk the tram road and bisecting trails. Take your time and explore all the nooks and crannies of the Garden. Once you enter the Garden, you can come and go as you like throughout the day. Be sure to hang on to your receipt. Pack a lunch and eat it at our picnic area located at the southwest corner of the parking lot.

Begin at the Japanese Garden and follow along on your cell phone as

you listen to Garden staff and volunteers describe various locations

within the Garden.
