2. Ingredients (4 persons):1/2 kg of desalted Cod1/2 kg of potatoes1/2 liter of milk3/4 l. of Olive oilFlour Sauce Mayonnaise 3. Preparation of the Recipe Cod with potatoes: 4. 1. Cut the cod into chunks and clean.2. Put the cod in cold milk during an hour.3. Then flour 5. 4. Fry in olive oil 6. 5.- Boil the potatoes with skin and salt them (30) .6.- Once cooked, peel the potatoes and cut them 7. 7.- Put the potatoes on the plate and the cod overthem.
