SALAD WITH POMEGRANATE AND ICEBERG
INGREDIENTS one small iceberg sliced a bunch of arugula 200 gr spinach leaves ½ cup of coarsely ground walnuts ½ cup of pine nuts 1 pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated ½ cup parmesan flakes 6 sundried tomatoes balsamic vinegar extra-virgin olive oil salt

INGREDIENTS
Parmesan sundried tomatoes balsamic vinegar
METHOD
Mix the iceberg with the spinach in a bowl.
After that, add the rocket and mix well.
Then, add the sundried tomatoes and the walnuts.
Add the pine nuts, the parmesan and last but not least the pomegranate.
Finally, add olive oil, salt to taste and dress with balsamic vinegar.
