CharacteristicsThe vineyard is oriented South/South-East and North-East. Its altitude is between220 and 360 m.Les Narbantons is located to the South of the village, right next to the Beauneappellation.
Wine makingThis wine is vinified in vats during 3 to 4 weeks and then aged in oak barrels forabout 15 months before being bottled.
Winemaker's comments / GastronomyThe Premier Cru Narbantons is an elegant and full-bodied wine. It is very fruity(red berries) and very pleasant when drunk young. Its tanins are soft and it isoften described as being a feminine wine.It is a nice companion to white meat, terrines and most soft cheeses.
PreservationThis wine will be able to keep 8 to 12 years in good conditions of temperatureand humidity.
